LOS ANGELES, March 18, 2021 – Guapdad 4000 and !llmind announce March 19, 2021 as the release date of their “1176” album that features singles like “How Many,” “Chicken Adobo” and more.
March 19, 2021 is also Lola Appreciation Day.
Guapdad 4000 created Lola Appreciation Day to give flowers to our ancestors and those that paved the way for our success.
In a YouTube video where Guapdad 400 announces Lola Appreciation Day on the same day his 1176 album drops, he says, “I created Lola Appreciation Day to be a universal thing because it is not even just Filipinos. Everybody with a grandma should sit down with their grandparents and hear the story that they tell because people often overlook their roots.”
